Request Transcripts from Grand Canyon University

Current students 

Request an official transcript electronically through the Student Portal. To access this feature, follow these steps.

  1. Please visit the Current Students page  and click on the Student Portal button on the right side of the page. 
  2. You will be prompted to log-in using your user name and password. If you need assistance logging in, please contact Tech Support at 1.877.428.8447.
  3. Click on the Quick Links tab from the left menu and select "Transcript Request" from the drop down options.
  4. Follow the prompts to request a transcript.

Former students 

Official transcripts may be mailed or picked up on campus. Download the Transcript Request Form and fax it to the Office of the Registrar at 602.589.2079.

Please include $5.00 for each Official Transcript copy requested. Payment can be made by the following:
Cash will only be accepted in person at the Business Office on campus.
Checks may be mailed along with the Transcript Request Form to:

Credit Card information can be included on the Transcript Request Form and faxed to the Office of the Registrar at 602.589.2079.

If you have any questions, please contact your Academic Counselor.

Please note: GCU processes transcript immediately upon request. If you are waiting for your degree to be posted or for a certain class to show as completed, you should not request your official transcript until you are certain these actions have occurred.
