Please complete the form below in order to request items to promote your alumni chapter or event. The request must be completed six to eight weeks prior to the event in order to ensure approval and timely delivery of the items. If you are distributing marketing materials to your internal chapter or group (flyers, emails, etc.), you should create these items yourself. If you are distributing marketing materials to the public or individuals outside your group, you must receive these items from the Office of Alumni Relations. After you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation message and will be contacted by the Office of Alumni Relations within a few days to fulfill your request.
