The College of Arts and Sciences is the foundational college at Grand Canyon University and contains majors in a variety of fields. This College is comprised of liberal arts degrees and healthcare degrees.
Liberal Arts Degree Programs
On the Arts side of the College, liberal arts degrees are offered in social sciences, communications, humanities, and Christian studies. In addition to preparing students for a broad range of careers, students are also prepared to think critically and live as responsible leaders in the community. What students accomplish after graduation is important, but we're even more interested in the kind of person a student will become because of his/her GCU experience. Liberal arts degree programs at GCU focus on training the body, mind and spirit for a rewarding life and professional career.
