Featured Speaker
Laura Couret,  EDS Specialist
Laura Couret, originally from San Luis in the Gadsden School district, has been a Turn-Around Principal at Quentin Elementary in Littleton District. Seven years experience in 3 schools: moving from Underperforming to Performing Plus, making AYP, and earning an "A" in AZ LEARNS. Laura's school met AYP in 2012 after not reaching this goal for prior four consecutive years. They had 74 growth points because of their strategic practices of improving instruction and the exponential growth in their lowest performing students.

Time Management for Classroom Observation
Learn effective practices that multiply the time spent in the classroom in order to raise student achievement. Implement focused and effective instructional leadership techniques to ensure time spent in the classroom produces results. Watch as teachers step up their game while at the same time build relationships with staff. Acquire organizational skills that will reduce your workload significantly. Establishing a partnership with secretarial staff will help you take control of your time. School administrators are now academic leaders and no longer building managers. Student achievement will be the evidence of your success.
