Information About Auditioning
Two memorized classical pieces, either foreign language art songs or arias such as those in the 26 Italian Songs and Arias book or something comparable and/or a sacred oratorio classical piece. Consider performing two classical solo pieces that best demonstrate your musicianship and technical skills. Gospel/Contemporary Christian music is not preferred. No CD or tape tracks please.
If you require an accompanist, please inform us of your song titles or send/fax your music to the Music Office two weeks prior to your audition date and we will provide a staff accompanist.
Attire should reflect the seriousness of the audition process.
