Grand Canyon University is an intentionally Christian university with a strong commitment to integrating faith and learning within all academic disciplines. As a Christian institution, it is of utmost importance to be a positive influence on our students' hearts and minds, which entails a concern for student character as well as intellect.

If God has called you to ministry, I encourage you to explore GCU's College of Theology.  It would be our pleasure to help you prepare to share the precious gospel of Christ as a faithful follower of the Lord Jesus. Thank you for visiting our website and for considering theological studies at Grand Canyon University. We are here to serve you and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

May the Lord keep you and bless you and cause his face to shine upon you!

The three pillars of the
College of Theology
Gospel Centered

The heart of the Christian worldview is the powerful message that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, gave His life to reconcile men and women to the Father. This good news is central to the mission of the College of Theology.

Church Focused

The gospel of Jesus Christ empowers those who follow Him to live life with one another in a community characterized by faith, hope and love. The College of Theology trains Christian leaders to faithfully live the message they teach and preach.

Missions Oriented

The life giving message that God loves the world so much that He sent His own Son to rescue sinners is good news that must be offered to all. In the College of Theology, we obey Christ by sharing the gospel in our neighborhood, across our nation, and around the world and train students to do the same.
