Note: We want you to participate in the commencement ceremony but advise that you do not book any travel arrangements for you or your family until you have registered and received the email confirming that you are signed up to participate in the commencement ceremony.

The Oct. 25, 3 p.m. commencement ceremony has met its capacity and registration is now closed. If you are interested in attending our Spring commencement ceremony, please send an email to commencement@gcu.edu for more information.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Students expected to complete their degree between July 1 - Dec. 31
  • Degree posted or registered through completion with end date of final course ending on or before Dec. 31

Note: The College of Doctoral Studies requires the Dean's signature on the completed committee-approved Dissertation with a signed GCU D-80 form by close of business 60 days prior to the date of the graduation ceremonies. 

You need to register to participate in the commencement ceremony.
If you have not received your commencement invitation via email, please contact your Student Services Advisor.

Spring Non-Traditional Ceremony

  • Students expected to complete their degree between Jan. 1 - June 31
  • Degree posted or registered through completion with end date of final course ending on or before June 31
