Below is a sample from a daily lesson plan developed by our instructors. Based on the subject, students engage their creative, vocabulary, and sensory skills through a variety of activities.

Parent Home Connection
Have a "Color Day". Talk to your child about colors of the rainbow that they might see in the house. Start in his/her room; name the colors of their favorite toy, the color of the walls, the color in your bedroom, and the color of the furniture around the house.

Weaving the Rainbow Objective:Identify and discuss how colors are within

Add grass, soil and water to a
bag, tape to window in sun and watch as water gathers and rain falls inside the bag

Gross Motor Skills
Color Chairs: Musical chairs with each chair having a different color of the rainbow. Child will name the color and something that is that color.

Children attending the Early Learning & Development Center will enjoy breakfast, lunch and two snacks each day. Parents will receive a schedule outlining the meals planned, a week prior. Accommodations will be made for all special dietary needs and restrictions.
