Class Descriptions
Boot Camp
(Intermediate to advance) a heart pumping workout that helps break-up your workday. Participates are taken through several exercise stations that blends both strength and cardiovascular exercise to make up a complete workout.

Beyond Belief Yoga
A focus on the fundament postures of traditional yoga. Breathing techniques and alignments help increase strength and flexibility, benefiting any experience level. This practice is with the intention of worship and mediation on Scripture.

Insanity
The same mind blowing home dvd workout in a group class setting! Prepare to be constantly challenged in this extreme fitness class that will take you through long bursts of high intensity exercises followed by short breaks. This class will leave you breathless, sweaty and feeling fabulous. Class duration is 60 minutes.

Zumba
Get ready for interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms will take place. Plus, resistance training is combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Turbo Kickboxing
Turbo kickboxing is a fast-blasting cardio kickboxing type of interval training. This non-contact "shadow-boxing" cardio class consists of several punching and kicking combinations. Come join the fun! Class duration is 60 minutes.

Piyo Strength
This is a unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. It's about energy, power and rhythm. It incorporates yoga; pilates; sports performance; intervals and dance. Think sculpted abs, increase core strength and greater flexibility.

Hip Hop Hustle
Burn up the dance floor & burn calories too! Hip Hop Hustle blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow. This class takes the FUN factor up a notch with super-hot moves that will make you want more!

R.I.P.P.E.D.
Class duration is 60 minutes. Resistance, intervals, power, piyo, endurance, diet and core work as well. Great music and high energy for all levels of fitness. A total body workout in less than 60 minutes. Come experience the R.I.P.P.E.D phenomena!

Spin
Offer high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Individuals select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and body tension. A total body workout in less than 45 minutes. Come join the experience!
