If you are interested in signing up, we request that you work both days.
Additionally, volunteers who work full day shifts for both Friday and Saturday commencement ceremony dates will receive an additional future day off. The future day off requires prior management approval (as does any planned PTO day) and it must be used by Dec. 31, 2014 or it is lost. Timesheets should be coded "LTO-Lopes Time Off" for both the hours spent volunteering on Friday, March 14 and when taking the future day off.
