  • Single occupancy: 1 student per room (only in small bedroom of B Units)
  • Double occupancy: 2 students per room
  • Units for married couples: 14 available
  • Fully equipped kitchen and opportunity to create individualized space
  • Features large shared laundry facility, charcoal barbecue and recreational green space

Requirements*
To live in North Rim Apartments, you must:

  • Be a GCU returning student or be an incoming/transfer student 20 years or older or be a married student and able to submit a copy of your marriage certificate
  • Not exceed 29 years old
  • Be registered as a full-time student (12 or more credits, at least 8 of which must be taken on campus)
