Housing Cancellation/Reimbursement Policy
To withdraw from university housing, complete the online Withdrawal From Housing Form below. Make sure to schedule a check-out appointment with your RA 24 hours in advance prior to moving out. Failure to do so will result in an improper check-out fine of $150 and possible cleaning fees. Please be aware that you will be held responsible for any remaining contractual financial obligations for the semester as follows:

Fall 2014 Semester
July 1: Last date to cancel fall housing reservations and receive 100% reimbursement of rent charges
Aug. 18: Last date to cancel fall housing reservations and receive 50% reimbursement of rent charges
After Aug. 18: Any housing cancellations after this date DO NOT qualify for reimbursement of rent charges
** Roosevelt Point residents are charged by the academic year and will be reimbursed accordingly. All other living areas are charged by the semester.

December Graduates: Please note your spring housing reservation is automatically rolled over. You need to complete the form below to cancel your spring housing reservation and avoid being charged for the spring 2015 semester.

Spring 2015 Semester
