Requirements
To live in North Rim Apartments, you must:

  • Have sophomore, junior or senior standing OR be a married student and able to submit a copy of your marriage certificate
  • Not exceed 29 years old
  • Be registered as a full-time student (12 or more credits, at least 8 of which must be taken on campus)
