Prior to stepping down as president in 2008, Colleen oversaw management, leadership, and budget responsibilities for much of the company's operational groups; she was a member of the company's board of directors, as well as a member of the company's executive planning committee. She chaired numerous special teams, task forces, and committees relating to internal and external Southwest customers.
Some of the awards Colleen has received include: the World's 100 Most Powerful Women: Forbes.com (2005, 2004); 50 Most Powerful Women in Business: Fortune Magazine (2003, 2002); Best Managers: BusinessWeek (2002); America's Most Powerful Business Women: Fortune Magazine (2001).
Prior to joining Southwest in 1978, she worked for several years as an Executive Assistant to Herb Kelleher (Southwest's former Executive Chairman) at his law firm. For Southwest Airlines, she served as Vice President, Administration from 1986 to 1990; Executive Vice President, Customers from 1990 to 2001.

Ken is Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, an international management training and consulting firm that he and his wife, Dr. Marjorie Blanchard, founded in 1979 in San Diego, California. He is also a trustee emeritus of the Board of Trustees at Cornell University. Ken is cofounder of The Center for FaithWalk Leadership, which is dedicated to helping leaders walk their talk in the marketplace.
The National Speakers Association awarded him its highest honor, the "Council of Peers Award of Excellence." He was inducted into the HRD Hall of Fame by Training magazine and Lakewood Conferences, and he received the Golden Gavel Award from Toastmasters International. In 2004, Ken was awarded with the Thought Leadership Award for continued support of work-related learning and performance by ISA - The Association of Learning Providers.
Ken has co-authored many books, including, but not limited to: The One Minute Manager, Raving Fans, Gung Ho!, High Five!, Self Leadership and the One Minute Manager, Leadership by the Book, and Lead Like Jesus.

Dennis serves as a director of AirClic, The Edgewater Funds and Wharton's Director's Institute, which he co-founded. He has been an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association since 1981. Previous experience includes acting as managing director at Hay Management Consultants; Secretary of Labor and Industry to Governor Pierre S. Dupont IV; and serving as Vice President of the University of Delaware.

Dennis holds a Ph.D. in finance and administration from the University of Maryland and was a post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard University in 1982-1983. Dennis also has held visiting Fellowships at Princeton Theological Seminary and the ECC.

Eric M. Pillmore served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Governance for Tyco International Ltd. from 2002 to 2007. Working with the Board of Directors and the Tyco leadership team, Pillmore helped transform Tyco from an image of poor governance to a role as a leader in Corporate Governance. These efforts resulted in Tyco being named by GMI as the most improved U.S. company in the governance area from 2002 to 2005.
In addition, he served for 17 years in a variety of senior finance roles for General Electric from 1979 to 1996, including roles as CFO for GE Plastics Americas and GE Medical Systems Asia. Pillmore also served as Senior Vice President and CFO for General Instrument Corporation (GI) from December 1997 to January 2000, leading up to the sale of GI to Motorola. He also served as a US Navy officer from 1975 to 1979, aboard the USS Robison in the western Pacific, and as an auditor with the Naval Audit Service in Washington, DC.
Pillmore has a master's of business administration from Villanova School of Business and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico. Sheldon Harris became involved with Cold Stone Creamery when the company was virtually unknown, and he helped lead the growth of this respected brand for nearly a decade. Upon departing in 2006 from his role as President, there were over 1400 stores operating both domestically and internationally, and Cold Stone Creamery was ranked as the 11th fastest-growing franchise in the nation.
Prior to this, Sheldon spent 13 years with Costco where he rose from an entry-level position to become one of the youngest Warehouse Managers in company history. Overseeing operations in Alaska, he was responsible for over 350 employees and $160M in annual sales. Sheldon also led a variety of diverse projects which included spearheading Costco's entry into the Russian market, and launching a new athletic club subsidiary known as SportsNation.
Most recently, Sheldon launched a new company called Trust Funding in 2006, which features an innovative consumer lending model that helps people get back on their feet after a financial hardship. This program has helped over 1000 people to date, and will be expanding across the country.
