Nicholas J. Markette has over 25 years of experience in finance and management. Dr. Markette has served as the executive vice president of a financial services firm. He currently serves as the chief financial officer for a host of technology companies, as director on the board of Intelemedia Communications, and he is the founder of Gavriel's Horn. Dr. Markette teaches on an adjunct basis at the Ken Blanchard College of Business and College of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University and he authors the Advanced Leadership Research Blog at GCU.

Dionne N. Arceneaux has over 15 years' experience in non-profit and service industries. She serves as a Senior Manager at Living Word Bible Church, a mega-church in the East Valley. Ms. Arceneaux is also an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, teaching Servant Leadership in the Ken Blanchard College of Business. She also founded an outreach, Destiny INK, to offer training and leadership development for women.
