My name is Alexa Pena and I am from Douglas, a small town in southeastern Arizona. I am currently tutoring science and math for the Center for Learning and Advancement. I am currently enrolled in the pre physical therapy program here at Grand Canyon University and after graduation I plan to apply for graduate school out of state to obtain my DPT. In addition to applying for graduate school I hope to travel to Italy through an internship program with one of the pro or semi-pro soccer team in Florence as a sports physical therapist for that team. My name is Kay Nwe Win. I am a Level 4 nursing student. I am very proud to be a part of the GCU Nursing program. I will be graduating in May 2012. I can't wait to be an RN! I want to work in the Intensive Care or Trauma Unit as my ultimate goal in my nursing career is to be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). I am originally from Burma but consider San Francisco, California to be my hometown as I absolutely love this city and lived there for many years. Hi, my name is Andrew Smith. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Family and Human Development. Here at GCU, I am working on my Master's degree in Professional Counseling. Once I complete my degree, I hope to find a job in grief counseling or family mediation. I have worked for about three years as a writing tutor, both at ASU and at Arizona Western College in Yuma, Arizona, my hometown. Also, I was one of a handful of tutors who pilot tested ASU's online tutoring program.
