Successful leaders do many things, but perhaps their most telling characteristic is their ability to inspire excellence by connecting people with purpose. Sheri Nasim helps leaders foster a culture of purpose by linking profit maximization with purpose maximization.
Sheri offers compelling advice and practical tools based on her expertise in leadership effectiveness, strategic execution, and values that guide excellence. She is a frequent guest speaker at strategic planning, balanced scorecard, and leadership conferences with emphasis on blending a purpose-driven culture with strategy execution.
As Director of Strategic & Operational Planning for Datron World Communications, Sheri distinguished herself as a principal in the company's receipt of the 2009 Ventana Research Leadership Award for Overall Business Performance.
Sheri's ebook, Work on Purpose (2013), shares her journey that led her to reframe her career identity from, "How can I make a living?" to "How can I contribute?" The book offers a blueprint to help others develop a Purpose Plan to clarify their purpose, awaken their passion, and realize their potential.
Sheri holds an EMBA from Grand Canyon University. Co-designed and lead by Ken Blanchard, the program emphasizes performance excellence by creating dynamic organizations, passionate employees, devoted customers, satisfied investors and grateful communities. Sheri and her husband, Naseer, are dedicated supporters of the arts and of The Monarch School which provides accredited education to homeless children in San Diego.
