For GCU students, life on campus has never been more exciting! With a vibrant and active campus, Grand Canyon University offers activities from every niche imaginable and has an active student body that plans and hosts a variety of fun activities. Some of the most popular activities include root beer keggers, bowling, lip sync contests, barbeques, dances, pizza parties, movies on the lawn, concerts and even skiing excursions. The annual Mr. GCU spoof competition has traditionally been a student favorite.
With an emphasis on athletics and The Arts, GCU also offers a variety of sporting events, concerts and plays that students can take part in, or attend. A new, 5,000-seat Arena will host our men's and women's ‘Lopes basketball games, as well as a variety of other sporting events and conferences.
