Dining On Campus

For students living or commuting to campus, there are several options to eat, recharge and connect with friends.

Student Union

Conveniently located near the dorms and at the end of the promenade, the Student Union offers an all-you-can-eat cafeteria with eight different stations offering a variety of food choices. The Grill 360 offers Mongolian Wok style items. There is also a desert station, salad bar/deli bar, comfort style foods, pizza station, and grill station. For those with special dietary needs, the Student Union offers a gluten-free bar along with a Vegan/Vegetarian station.

Thunder Alley

Located between the Student Union and the Student Recreation Center, Thunder Alley is the perfect spot to eat a meal, or catch up with friends. Jazzman's Café & Bakery
Enjoy espresso, fresh brewed coffee, smoothies, tea, bakery items prepared daily, and to-go snacks, salads, and sandwiches.

Simply To Go
Our convenience store is the perfect place to pick up a fresh-made salad or wrap, essential supplies for your dorm room, or your favorite GCU gear!

Simply To Go is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 12 a.m. and Saturday - Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

Late Night Grill
Satisfy your late night craving with a delicious grilled entree. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, quesadillas, pizza, wings, black bean burgers, turkey burgers, and fries are all on the menu.

Late Night Grill is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 p.m. - 12 a.m. and Saturday - Sunday from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Perfect if you're running between classes, need to grab a quick bite on your way to work, or just hanging out with friends.

Grand Canyon University Arena
For students looking for a quick pick-me-up, the main Concession Stand on Level 1 of the Arena is a great place to stop by. Along with staple items such as hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, candy, etc., we offer specialty pizzas, gourmet burgers, and sandwiches. Your appetite is sure to be pleased every time.

The Arena is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and is closed Saturday - Sunday (except for events).
