Boot Camp (Intermediate to advance) a heart pumping workout that helps break-up your workday. Participates are taken through several exercise stations that blends both strength and cardiovascular exercise to make up a complete workout (Located in the PAC/SAC).
Extreme Boot Camp Advanced) an advanced weight training class which focuses on strength and core exercises. Classes are geared towards those looking to build muscle. (Location: PAC)
Holy Yoga A focus on the fundament postures of traditional yoga. Breathing techniques and alignments help increase strength and flexibility, benefiting any experience level. This practice is with the intention of worship and mediation on Scripture (Located in the sanctuary).
R.I.P.P.E.D. Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyo, Endurance, Diet, and core work as well. Great music, high energy, for all levels of fitness. A total body workout in less than 60mins. Come experience the R.I.P.P.E.D phenomena! (Location: The Sanctuary).
Turbo kickboxing Turbo kickboxing is a fast-blasting cardio kickboxing type of interval training. This non-contact "shadow-boxing" cardio class consists of several punching and kicking combinations (Located in the sanctuary).
Turbo Sport Kickboxing This class combines kickboxing movement patterns,combinations and techniques that work together to give the ultimate cardiovascular workout. Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance trainingand a mind/body like cool down designed to maximize results and have fun at the same time! Zumba Get ready for interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms will take place. Plus, resistance training is combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Are you up for the challenge? (Located in the sanctuary)
