Grand Canyon University requires that all students taking 12 or more campus based credit hours, international students, athletes and students residing on campus to have medical insurance coverage comparable to that offered through the Student Health Insurance Plan. All students with their own health insurance must waive coverage by the specified deadline. You are required to submit a waiver for the first semester you attend and every Fall thereafter. If a waiver is not submitted by the deadline, you will be automatically enrolled in coverage through the Student Health Insurance Plan.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO APPLY FOR A WAIVER BY THE DEADLINE. Remember to keep a copy - it is proof that you turned in your waiver!!
