Grand Canyon University is pleased to offer a variety of dining options to students attending our traditional campus. Located inside the Student Union, a full cafeteria offers a wide variety of food fare raging from fresh salads, hot food straight off the grill, a vegetarian/Vegan Bar and an International Station where chefs prepare a range of ethnic foods ranging from Central America to Asia, Russia and Africa. GCU's newest Dining Hall, Thunder Alley, is the perfect spot to eat a meal at one of its new restaurants, grab a coffee or tea at Jazzman's Cafe, and catch up with friends.
Bowling Alley
A 6-lane bowling alley is located in the lower level of GCU's newest dining hall, Thunder Alley. The lower level also includes a game room with pool tables, ping-pong tables, air hockey, big-screen televisions, sofas, and other recreational games.
The 55,000-square-foot Recreation and Fitness Center features state-of-the-art locker rooms, athletic training facilities, three basketball courts and practice facilities for wrestling, basketball and volleyball.
Grand Canyon University Arena is a 5,000-seat arena, which opened in September 2011 and is the new home to our men's and women's basketball teams, and will host other sporting events, concerts and conferences.
