Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Physical Education

The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Physical Education degree program offers a blend of classroom instruction and clinical experience designed to prepare students with the necessary skills to excel in careers as fitness instructors or recreational leaders. The physical education degree program is designed to provide methods and procedures through physical education knowledge and an understanding of personal wellness. This physical education degree focuses on exercise and wellness, preparing individuals to provide physical education to children and adults, as well as those with special needs. The program also examines methods and techniques for teaching motor activities to the exceptional child.
