Dr. James Lehmann received a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Walden University, a Master's in Technology from City University of Seattle, and a Bachelor's in Pre-Law from Central Washington University. Dr. Lehmann has been in education for 26 years. He started teaching at the elementary level and taught for 17 years in grades 3, 4, and 6. During that time, James was a finalist for Washington State Teacher of the Year. Since moving out of the K-12 environment, he has taught in Higher Education at various universities including GCU, University of Wisconsin--Stout, Washington State University and Walden University. Dr. Lehmann has held numerous leadership positions including various committees, chaired course revisions in technology, and worked on various dissertations. He is the president of a non-profit environmental educational corporation based in the state of Washington and Ecuador. James is also board President for his local school district Board of Directors.
Dr. Lehmann has found that teaching is all about being creative and persistently challenges students of all ages. James also believes in 'living and leading life' and not having life lead you. James and his family love to play card games and travel.
