Dr. Gerald Griffin earned a Doctor of Education with an emphasis on Educational Leadership from The University of Tulsa. A Master's of Business Administration was awarded to Dr. Griffin from Southern Methodist University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa. Dr. Griffin has taught a variety of graduate and doctoral courses, including Power Politics and Influence, Organizational Theory/Behavior, Strategic Planning & Decision Making.
Dr. Griffin comes to GCU with a wealth of professional experience, having served in leadership roles such as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Management Consultant, and Senior Human Resources Representative across various industries and continents. Dr. Griffin has also written several publications, as well as a well-received book, "Machiavelli on Management: Playing and Winning the Corporate Power Game".
