Biography

Dr. Alan Jenkins earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. His dissertation work centered on the satisfaction and organizational commitment of engineers and scientists in U.S. naval acquisition. Dr. Jenkins earned a Masters of Applied Science at Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. Coming from a rich professional background, Dr. Jenkins was the Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation, PMA226/Lead Test Engineer for the H-46 Helicopter, HX-21. Dr. Jenkins truly enjoys helping students learn and ensures his students know that they have a tremendous amount of control over what they learn and how well they learn it. Alan is also a Licensed Retriever Hunt Test Judge for the American Kennel Club and North American Hunting Retriever Association. He has traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.
