The focus of her master's program research centered on community health; more specifically, exploring the relationship between exercise and self-esteem. Debra joined GCU in 2008 teaching pharmacology in the pre-licensure BSN program. Currently, she teaches pharmacology, adult health, and research in Tucson while maintaining her clinical experience at Kindred Hospital by caring for patients in the ICU.
