Welcome to Strategic Educational Alliances

Strategic Educational Alliances (SEA) was initiated through Grand Canyon University's (GCU) desire to support not only ArizoStrategic Educational Alliancesna's public district and charter schools throughout the state, but also Christian, charter, independent and homeschools throughout the nation and beyond, as well as educational agencies in the state and around the country. These participant programs were created as a no-cost opportunity to support schools in today's challenging environments for educators.

Each participant program has been developed as a conduit for services to public, Christian, independent and home schools throughout the state. Our division is currently expanding this service to districts, schools and organizations outside of Arizona. These programs offer services and additional opportunities focused on attracting, retaining and maintaining quality professionals in the fields of education and leadership.

As a participant member, one of the many benefits you have access to is the Educational Development and Support (EDS) services offered by experts in a broad array of topics relating to 21st Century teaching and learning skills. The delivery model of these opportunities includes professional development, motivational speakers, as well as consultants, coaching and mentoring for participant schools, districts and organizations.
