The Student Union is a spacious dining hall and features eight different food stations which serve up a broad variety of freshly prepared foods; from classic comfort food to grilled items to dishes from around the world.

Additionally, the Student Union will operate several food stations daily to suit all tastes, nutritional, dietary and personal needs:

Delicious Meals Served Hot and Fresh!

360 Grill
A stir-fry station where you can create your own dish using a variety of ingredients such as noodles, vegetables, meats and sauces which are then cooked in a large wok.  During breakfast, the 360 Grill will serve eggs, meats, potatoes and oatmeal.

Main Serving Area
Cereals, daily specials, pizza and pasta bars and grill items (hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, french fries, quesadillas, etc) will fuel you up. 

Hot Entrée Line
A rotating selection of impeccably prepared meats, potatoes, rice and two cooked vegetables as well as a gluten-free protein.

International Station
Travel the culinary world as a dedicated Chef prepares ethnic foods to order from Central America, Latin America, Asia, Russia, Africa and the Pacific Islands.

If you are looking for something a little lighter, enjoy a delicious selection of fruit salad, low fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, fresh hummus and a daily specialty salad.

Need something fast? This station will offer made-to-order salads, sandwiches and paninis will be available. There is also a plentiful selection of fruits, soups, and pre-made salads and paninis.

The dessert island features new yogurt machines and a toppings bar, cookies and cakes to indulge your sweet tooth.

In addition to the overwhelming daily foods available there are also request options. The Chefs at the regularly attended stations are knowledgeable and stand at the ready to provide alternatives such as corn tortillas for those sensitive to gluten, other allergen free foods. The Executive Chef is also available to students to discuss nutrition, diet and personal needs. Sodexo has the ability and the desire to meet the needs of our ever-growing student population. Vegetarian, sugarfree and gluten-free options as well as many new menu choices will continue to expand as the university evolves.
