The Ken Blanchard EMBA program is a year-long journey that prepares graduates to lead, inspire and transform their organizations. The EMBA curriculum is divided into 9 modules that combine in-person residencies with online instruction that enable students to develop the critical thinking skills necessary to make the right decisions that create value for customers, keep employees fully engaged, and ensure profitability and sustainability for shareholders.

A dynamic group of faculty members and experts from the Ken Blanchard Companies will lead students through each of the concepts examined throughout the program.  The EMBA Advisory Board includes leaders such as Colleen Barrett, President Emeritus from Southwest Airlines, Sheldon Harris responsible for the growth and development of Cold Stone Creamery and bestselling author Harvey Mackay.
