Dr. Cornel Stemley is a GCU justice studies instructor and an experienced law enforcement professional, researcher and educator with more than 27 years of expertise in intelligence analysis, criminology and human performance. As a professor and mentor, Dr. Stemley connects research with practical application, helping students and professionals build the confidence and insight needed to navigate complex challenges. He also leads the Lopes Justice Society Law Enforcement Club, engaging criminal justice students through hands‑on experiences that prepare them for the field.
