Army ROTC Scholarships
All eligible GCU students have the opportunity to apply for an Army ROTC scholarship, which is one of the most accessible and generous scholarships in the nation. You may be eligible for full tuition scholarships, allowances for books and more.
Try ROTC with No Obligation
Non-scholarship students can try Army ROTC programs for up to two years with no obligation while they work toward a college degree either at GCU or one of the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) colleges. Just sign up for MSL-101 in the fall or MSL-102 in the spring.
If you have questions, or if you would like to know how to enroll in the Army ROTC program, call 855-GCU-LOPE and speak with a university counselor.
Your obligation to the Army is eight years total: four years in Active Duty and four years in the Active Reserve components or Individual Ready Reserve (non-Active Reserve).
1 You will also take a three-credit class that may be used as an elective toward your degree.
Physical training meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at two different times. You may pick the time that fits your schedule.
Enrolling in the Air Force ROTC is also available to you at GCU. As a cadet, you will be guided through the mission and values of the U.S. Air Force with the opportunity to become officers upon graduation.
To learn more about the requirements and how you can enroll, contact your university counselor today.
Your lab will meet on Thursday mornings.
