Dr. Lindy Gaudiano serves as the assistant dean of educational partnerships and development in the College of Education at Grand Canyon University, where she leads the development and management of teacher preparation and advanced academic programs. She earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Arizona State University and her master’s degree in education from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Gaudiano recently completed her PhD, further strengthening her expertise in educational leadership and program development.

In her role, Dr. Gaudiano is passionate about cross-functional collaboration and advancing innovative initiatives that enhance educator preparation. She actively contributes to large-scale projects across departments and frequently presents at conferences and professional events alongside her team.
