Professor Carroll served in the United States Air Force on active duty for over 10 years, being stationed in locations within the United States and overseas. During her time in the Air Force, she completed her BS degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix and her MS degree in Human Resources at Chapman University. Dr. Carroll continued her education after separating from the military and went on to complete her Ed.D. in Leadership and Management at Capella University. Dr. Carroll has over 25 years of experience educating adult learners, and over 25 years of combined experience in leadership and management.
