EdD Organizational Leadership: Behavior Health Emphasis -
- Integrate the major theories and models of medical psychology and behavioral health medicine.
- Examine the application of theoretical concepts to behavioral health management.
- Analyze supervisory relationships, practices, and instruments common to the behavioral health setting.
- Develop entrepreneurship skills such writing a business plan, marketing, return on investment, and business law.
- Analyze health-care financing, economics, and policy in order to tailor consultative models to impending health-care reforms and the needs of payers in the marketplace.
