Domain 2: EdS Teaching and Learning: Learning Theory -
Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Education Specialist in Teaching and Learning program will engage in the evaluation of learning theory as it relates to mentoring, coaching, collaboration and other tools to promote continuous improvement in the teaching and learning process.

• Differentiate between mentoring and coaching in the teaching and learning process.
• Evaluate learning theories.

Domain 3: EdS Teaching and Learning: Disruptive Innovation and Change -
Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Education Specialist in Teaching and Learning program will examine disruptive innovation and change with regard to theories and models leading to continuous improvement and sustainable change in teaching and learning.

Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Education Specialist in Teaching and Learning program will examine teaching and learning from a global perspective in order to become professionals who are cognizant of the social, cultural, organizational, and psychological factors that contribute to successful teaching and learning in a global community.
