Additional Training Requirements

To meet training requirements in this location, one must: • have current certification in Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) or CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification (with hands-on practical skills component) • obtain First Aid (beginning 2027)

Field Placement Requirements

To meet field placement requirements, an individual must successfully complete: - 600 hours of hands-on clinical experience

Professional Licensure Exam Requirements

To earn the Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) certification, candidates must meet the eligibility requirements and pass the certification examination administered by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
