PhD General Psychology: Industrial and Organizational Psychology Emphasis - Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology program with an emphasis in industrial/organizational psychology will be able to apply psychological knowledge and methods to conduct original research that will promote continuous improvement in the workplace.
- Identify the role of industrial organizational psychologists in an organization.
- Apply principles of interpersonal and group consulting and coaching to improve organizational performance.
