Biography
Dr. Aslinia is a licensed professional counselor with over two decades of educational and clinical expertise in psychology, counseling, and business leadership. Holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, (PhD, 2010) From Texas A&M University - Commerce and a Master of Business Administration (MBA, 2023) from the University of Phoenix with a robust understanding of organizational strategy and management. Dr. Dean has taught over 18 years in higher education and has served as a Department Chair and an Associate Dean previously at the University of Phoenix. Dr. Dean also holds two additional master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2009) and Psychology and Behavioral Sciences (2007).
