Biography
Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of progressive leadership and clinical experience in behavioral health, trauma treatment, substance abuse services, and residential program administration. Experienced in directing large-scale behavioral health programs, supervising clinicians toward independent licensure, and delivering culturally responsive services to diverse populations, including tribal communities, adolescents, offenders, and adults with serious mental illness. Adjunct faculty member and curriculum developer for master’s-level counseling programs. Proven expertise in program development, clinical supervision, and trauma-informed systems of care.
