James Waddell
Adjunct Faculty
Biography
James Waddell, an Instructor of Christian Studies, has been teaching with Grand Canyon University since 2008. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in English at Union University and a Master of Divinity at Phoenix Seminary, James has taught both in the university and in his local church. He is married and has five children to keep him busy outside of the office. When teaching, James enjoys “entering in” to his students’ lives, hoping to help each student realize their own beliefs and assumptions and how these fuel the students’ thoughts and actions. James also hopes that students will “enter in” to his life and family; creating a relationship that will help apply learning to daily life.
