Biography
LMHC, LPC, CASAC, Adjunct Professor. EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist. Licensed in NY and CT. As a psychotherapist and addictions counseling professional, I have over six years of experience in providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy services, via telehealth or in-person, at Humantold, a mental health practice in Rye, NY. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) with expertise in trauma and substance abuse recovery. In addition, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of CT. I use evidence-based modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help my clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I am also an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist. In addition, I am an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, where I facilitate and teach online undergraduate addictions counseling courses. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of counselors and therapists.
