Biography
I retired from the Waterbury Police Department in Waterbury, CT, at the rank of captain after 24 years of experience. I then embarked on a new journey as an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice and Leadership. I started a consulting company, LMH Consulting Services, where I provide expert testimony work for lawyers. I am a life and professional coach who also provides assistance with police promotional exams and interview preparation. I enjoy imparting wisdom and leadership to the next generation. Authentic leadership, education, and self-discipline are among my guiding principles. Whether creating new courses, navigating complex investigations, or mastering a new video game, I approach every challenge with dedication and drive. I am very excited to work with all faculty and staff to help fulfill Delval's mission and serve students. I am excited to be teaching this course and master's degree-level courses. I have 3 podcast pages on YouTube. Captain Hunter's Podcast _ where I focus on men's (mostly Black) issues. LMH Consulting Services, where I speak on topics such as politics and policing.
