Biography
I love how Jesus also had a profession (carpenter), yet he did not self-identify as a carpenter specifically. By trade, I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), but most importantly, I am a child of God. I aim to bring glory to God in everything I do. One of my favorite verses is 1 Timothy 4:8, which says in the New Living Translation (NLT), “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.”
