Biography
Dr. Marline Campbell obtained an Educational Doctorate and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University. She also earned a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Dr. Campbell’s focus is in Educational Leadership allowed her to conduct valuable research in the Retention of a Beginning Teacher. Professionally,, Marline worked as a school counselor and a classroom teacher prior to becoming an assistant principal and now an elementary school principal. Within higher education, she has worked as an adjunct professor in a School Counseling program for two universities in Florida. Dr. Campbell has been with GCU for over four years as an online adjunct Professor in the College of Doctorial Studies and College of Education. As a child growing up, Marline knew her calling was to be a teacher. Dr. Campbell uses various strategies which are focused on the analyzing of data to develop effective strategies and interventions for academic achievement as well as school improvement. Marline enjoys reading various educational books dealing with current trends. She also loves traveling, mostly to the Caribbean Islands and England.
