Biography
As an instructor, my goal is to provide students with the motivation and guidance to excel in the coursework provided by Grand Canyon University. I have an open-door policy where I value being accessible to my students along the way as they begin to set themselves on a faith based and spiritual journey of higher learning. My education accomplishments include a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in mental health counseling. Currently I am employed as a Child Custody and Visitation Mediator for Union and Cabarrus Counties in the state of North Carolina, and it was the values of hard work and the development of a strong work ethic that pushed me through my entire collegiate experience and landing me into a gratifying position where I am considered one of the top mediators in the state. When one combines a strong work ethic with a faith-based learning style, it seemingly becomes a fail proof method towards the outcome success.
