She is a published author and frequent speaker in the area of patient experiences and the impact on health outcomes. Michele has led teams of PhD data scientists and quantitative research analysts, and engineers within advanced technologies including machine learning, artificial intelligence, IoT, predictive and prescriptive analyses, text analytics, high-level security environments, and cloud infrastructures, as well as teams in marketing and business analytics.
