Morgan V. Harrell, Ph.D. is a faculty member in the Engineering and Technology domain, specializing in applied data analysis, computational research methods, and professional technical communication. She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology and brings over a decade of experience in data analytics, technical writing, and enterprise operations across Fortune 10 organizations and state government. Her professional background includes analytical, management, and documentation leadership roles with Union Pacific Railroad, Dell and Dell MessageOne, and multiple state agencies. Dr. Harrell focuses on applied problem-solving, data-informed decision-making, and translating complex technical systems into clear, standards-based solutions, with research interests in digital literacy and artificial intelligence.
