Peter Anderson
Assistant Dean
Biography
Peter Anderson serves as Executive Director of the GCU Canyon Center for Character Education and teaches in the areas of Christian worldview and ethics. He previously served as Assistant Dean in GCU’s College of Theology, where he led key academic initiatives, strengthened faculty collaboration, and supported student formation. He holds a PhD from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and his work focuses on character education, virtue formation, and the integration of faith within university life. Dr. Anderson is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society and the International Jacques Ellul Society. He and his wife, Rachel, have five children.
