Biography
Dedicated and dynamic Registered Dietitian with experience in both clinical practice and higher education. I have extensive expertise in nutrition counseling and a demonstrated ability to effectively instruct and inspire diverse student populations. Adept at tailoring curriculum to meet the specific needs of future nurses, kinesiology majors, dietetic students, and many other career paths. I love to create an engaging learning environment that promotes academic excellence and practical application. I am committed to instilling a passion for evidence-based nutrition practices and equipping students with the knowledge and skills essential for success in their respective fields. I am known for having a genuine enthusiasm for fostering student growth and development in nutrition and dietetics.
